We accept small MOQ such as 10 pieces for some models to help our new partners to test the market with low cost in low risk. For industrial pumps, we don’t request MOQ with one condition: We need a minimum order amount of USD 4,000 to cover fixed logistics and handling cost.

We offer flexible Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), starting as low as 10 pieces for some models. This allows our new partners to enter the market with minimal risk and investment. For industrial pumps, we don’t impose a specific MOQ requirement. However, we do ask for a minimum order amount of USD 4,000. This ensures coverage for fixed logistics and handling costs.

For our distributors, we offer a 12-month limited warranty, effective from the loading date indicated on the Bills of Lading for sea shipments. For other modes of delivery, the warranty begins from the date of shipment from the factory.

We are pleased to offer OEM services. Please note that for customizations such as non-standard colors, personalized nameplates, tailored operating manuals, and specialized cartons, we may require larger volumes than the specified MOQ to cover the additional costs.

We acknowledge that this is a reasonable request, and we appreciate your willingness to cover the sample and freight costs. The sample cost can be credited towards future official orders. As a gesture of special support, we are pleased to offer either one complimentary sample for small models or a 10% discount for high-value models.

Our standard payment method is wire transfer (T/T), with a 30% prepayment required and the remaining 70% due before shipment. Unfortunately, Western Union or PayPal is currently not accepted by our accounting department. For certain cases, an L/C at sight may be considered, contingent on the country and the opening bank.
